Working Together.

When we work together, my first priority is understanding you and your health concerns.

We'll take time to explore your health history, current symptoms, and the factors that may be contributing to your concerns. I bring together my knowledge of herbal therapeutics, human physiology, and traditional assessment principles to help build a clearer picture of your health.

From there, we'll develop a practical care plan that may include custom botanical formulations, nutritional guidance, and lifestyle recommendations to complement your existing healthcare.

Types of Consultations

Common Reasons Clients Seek Herbal Care

People seek clinical herbal support for a variety of ongoing health concerns, including:

  • Metabolic & Hormonal Health: Insulin resistance, metabolic syndrome, PCOS, fatty liver, menstrual and menopausal concerns.

  • Digestive Health: Bloating, reflux, constipation, irregular bowel habits, and digestive discomfort.

  • Inflammation & Pain: Persistent inflammation, joint and muscle discomfort, and chronic pain.

  • Immune Health: Recurring infections, immune dysregulation, and recovery following illness.

  • Nervous System Health: Stress, sleep disturbances, fatigue, and nervous system regulation.

Botanical care may also be considered as complementary support for individuals undergoing conventional cancer treatment, with careful attention to safety and coordination with their oncology team.

Safety & Collaboration

Safety is an important part of my work. I review each client's health history, medications, and supplements, taking into account potential interactions and other considerations when developing herbal recommendations.

I also recognize the importance of working with other healthcare providers when appropriate, so that herbal care can be safely incorporated into a client's overall health plan.
