My practice focuses on building a strong client-practitioner relationship. Every client begins with a comprehensive consultation to review health history, lifestyle, and wellness goals, ensuring that each herbal formula is safe, effective, and thoughtfully tailored to you individually.
I offer a range of appointment types to accommodate different needs, including:
Comprehensive Consultations — in-depth sessions to explore your overall health and develop a tailored herbal care plan. Best suited for multiple, complex or long-standing concerns and/or complex medication and supplement use.
Follow-Up Visits — ongoing support to monitor progress and adjust formulas as needed.
Focused Consultations — shorter, focused visits for one of the following 4 primary concerns: Rest & Sleep, Energy & Vitality, Digestive Comfort, or Stress & Tension. This consultation is best suited for straightforward concerns and minimal medication complexity.
Both Comprehensive and Focused consultations include auriculotherapy (ear seeds) if desired and appropriate.

To maintain high-quality care and personalized attention, I operate with a balanced schedule, offering client appointments two days per week and dedicating a separate day to preparing your herbal formulations, in small batches. This approach ensures that each formula is crafted with care, precision, and freshness.
I prioritize a manageable client load to provide focused, attentive service without compromising quality or your experience. This allows me to nurture long-term client relationships and deliver consistent, personalized care.

Access to my boutique is exclusive to clients, reflecting the personalized nature of my service. Each formulation is crafted fresh in small batches based on your intake, ensuring safety, potency, and effectiveness. Orders are placed during designated windows, and walk-in or off-the-shelf purchases are not available, preserving the integrity of custom care.

What to Expect from Your Consultation & Care Packages

To help make the most of our time together, you’ll receive a detailed intake form and waiver prior to your appointment. This form gathers important information about your health history, lifestyle, and wellness goals. I also ask for any recent lab work you’d like to share, as well as a few images of your irises and tongue to assist with assessment.

We’ll meet in a welcoming, relaxed space (in person or online) where you can share your health journey—your story, struggles, and vision for your well-being. This session (typically 60–90 minutes for comprehensive consults) is a deep dive into your health to gather all the necessary details needed to craft an approach just for you.
You’ll leave with practical steps to begin right away, along with access to custom herbal formulations designed to support your unique needs (available through the boutique).

For Comprehensive Consultations
Your first follow up within two weeks to answer questions and adjust your formula as needed.
A second follow up 4-6 weeks post-consultation is recommended to assess progress, review symptoms, and refine your care plan. Formulas may be adjusted or reduced as your health improves.
For Shorter, Focused Consultations:
Brief follow-up check-ins (phone or online) within 1–2 weeks are available to monitor response to care and address concerns
If symptoms persist or worsen, a more comprehensive follow-up or referral may be recommended

For lasting results, I recommend a 3–6 month partnership for meaningful care and sustainable improvements. Shorter consults focus on immediate symptom relief, with the option to transition to longer-term care.

We review your full health history, lifestyle factors, lab results, and any current treatments to develop a holistic care plan.
This session includes:
Detailed health assessment
Auriculotherapy and ear seed application (as appropriate) - NEW*
A thorough written report delivered within one week, including herbal, nutritional, lifestyle, and supplement guidance
Your first follow up appointment at two weeks, to ensure you are on the right track
Following the appointment, I spend time reviewing relevant clinical research and may consult my mentor to ensure the highest quality of care.
