Supporting my community and helping those around me has always been important to me. It doesn’t do much good to offer an amazing health alternative if accessibility is an issue.

In the spirit of community and collaboration, I offer flexible exchange options, beyond traditional payment. While a sliding scale is something to consider, I’m more inclined toward bartering for services, goods, or even working together in some capacity. This approach not only honors our individual strengths but also deepens the connection between us.

Some barter items I may consider:

• Fresh produce, canned items, farm raised meat, etc.

• Fresh honey

• Other holistic health services

• Cleaning/organizational services

• Creative services - graphic design, content creation, etc.

• Work with me - administration tasks, processing of herbs

• Affiliate services - help me advertise and grow my clientele
